Aaaron rouselle

the driving force behind Broh Baseball LLC, a platform dedicated to transforming youth baseball through skill development, competitive spirit, and life-changing mentorship. As a passionate founder, mentor, and former JUCO baseball player, Aaron brings an inspiring story of resilience and a deep love for the game to everything he does.
A cancer survivor and two-time liver transplant recipient, Aaron defied the odds by returning to the diamond as a 40-year-old student-athlete at Delaware County Community College, where he competed as a JUCO baseball player. His determination to play alongside athletes half his age embodies his core belief: “You can be a victim or a victor—the choice is yours.” This experience fuels his mission to inspire young athletes to overcome challenges and pursue their dreams.
With a background in public health from Harford Community College and photojournalism from Michigan State University, Aaron blends community-focused leadership with a knack for capturing the heart of baseball. Through his nonprofit, Pops Culture Inc., he’s committed to making sports accessible to underserved youth, providing mentorship, and promoting physical and mental well-being. Pops Culture Inc. serves as the backbone of Broh Baseball’s community outreach, offering programs that teach life skills, foster resilience, and ensure every kid has a chance to play, regardless of background.
Broh Baseball reflects Aaron’s vision for a game that goes beyond the scoreboard. By designing games that allow coaches to pause and teach strategies, he empowers young athletes to build baseball IQ, learn from mistakes, and grow through every play. His innovative approach to youth sports has earned accolades, including a #1 Amazon ranking in sports science for his work on motor preferences in baseball.
Aaron’s commitment to youth development and his ability to freeze transformative moments through storytelling make Broh Baseball a unique space for growth. Join him in building champions, strengthening communities, and celebrating the love of the game.
